What can I make with lots of apples?
In the past, I enjoyed going apple picking in Vermont with my trio. Sadly, they don’t enjoy that as much as they used to and we were homeless last fall so apple picking didn’t happen.
When we go apple picking and have lots of apples, I often make homemade applesauce. With just a few tablespoons of cinnamon, a teaspoon of nutmeg and about 7 apples peeled and cored, you can make homemade applesauce.
Boil down the apples with the spices until they’re the right texture for a delicious applesauce treat.
